1. All participants should drive into the venue in a Hyundai or Maruti Suzuki car
2. All participants should reach the venue by 11AM. Cars reaching the venue after 11AM
    may not be able to participate.
3. All participants driving the vehicle should be of 18 yrs and above and should possess a
    valid driving license, insurance and all other documents as required under the
    Karnataka Motor Vehicles Act.
4. The participants should not be intoxicated and should be in full possession of his/ her
    senses during the event.
5. The participant should agree to frisking or subject his car to a thorough security check.
6. The participant will not be allowed to carry to the venue any intoxicating or illegal
    substance.
7. The participants will be required to remain in their cars till the announcement that the
    award is broken.
8. Once the record is broken a certificate of the same will be issued and distributed to
    each participant as per the car registration number.
9. Drinking water may be available at the venue, but since participants will not be allowed
    to leave their car all participants are advised to carry their own drinking water.

Discalimer

1. Participants could be disqualified on any ground of misbehavior and evicted without any
    reason provided, at the discretion of the event organizer.
2. The event organizer does not guarantee that a world record will be broken. This is
    subject to scrutiny by the Guinness Book authorities.
3. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss of belongings at the venue.
4. If the event is cancelled for any circumstance beyond the event organizers control
    (natural disasters, rioting etc.) the event organizer will not be held responsible.
